How do I change my email address?
Log in to PORS9 to access the My Account page. If you are already logged in click on the P9 logo or ‘PORS9 Porsche Registry’ text in the page header. You will receive an email change authentication request to your previous email address – your email address will not be changed until you respond.
How do I change my password?
Log in to PORS9 to access the My Account page. If you are already logged in click on the P9 logo or ‘PORS9 Porsche Registry’ text in the page header. You can also request a new password using the ‘lost password’ function in the log in form.
How do I change my username?
Your username is linked to your account management and is highly secure. Here are the steps to request a username change.
- submit the contact form requesting a new username
- we will place a secret code in your Biographical Info in your My Account page and notify you of the profile change
- log in and retrieve the secret code from your My Account page
- submit the secret code and a requested new username using contact form
- we will change your username and notify you of the profile change
How do I add more users to my account?
At this time all users must be subscribed individually.
How do I cancel my service?
Log in and access your My Account page in the P9 Support section of the About menu.
I’m not getting my email notifications or I have other email related issues
For incoming email be sure to white label all email incoming from the domain PORS9.com. If you are having email log in or form submission issues please submit the contact form describing the issue.
